Where are the "conservative" ideas for health care?

Please...will someone explain to me what regressives have in mind when it comes to reforming health care?

Regressives have one basic problem...
They have no workable ideas that that will not conflict with their belief in the mythical free market. Yet...as we see...the "free market" is horrifyingly bad at allocating health care resources. So they are stuck with dressing up the status quo with bows and ribbons...(aka...putting lipstick on a pig)and hoping everyone will be sated and dazzled...

Can regressives fool 72% of the American public?
